Retirement Benefits
- Employees may contribute to a 403(b) Plan of their choice immediately upon hire
- After one year of service, eligible employees may participate in the NARBHA 401(k) Retirement Plan.
- After two years of service, NARBHA automatically contributes to the 401(k) plan for each eligible employee, beginning at 5% of gross wages. The contributions increase to a maximum of 20% based on the number of years of participation in the employer contribution portion of the Retirement Plan.
