Cindy Martin is a triple board-certified physician with more than 20 years of practice in pediatrics, internal medicine, nuclear medicine, palliative care, and hospice medicine. Highly regarded throughout northern Arizona, she has earned accolades for clinical quality, patient-centered care, and leadership including Flagstaff Medical Center Physician of the Year, president of the Flagstaff Medical Center medical staff, and chair of the Flagstaff Medical Center Ethics Committee. A variety of community organizations and boards have also benefited from her guidance and expertise. Her dedication to compassion in every aspect of daily life has been reinforced through participation in several Medicine and Compassion retreats—most recently in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2023. She is also expanding her connection to caregiving support for dementia patients and their families, including participation in The NARBHA Institute’s new Aging Well initiative.
